These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of applightinfotech.com (the “Site”), operated by Applight Infotech LLP, LLPIN ACR-8078, GF-29, Golden Avenue, Dhandra, Ludhiana, Punjab, India (“Applight”, “we”, “us”).
By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The Site and our services
The Site describes who we are, the services we offer and work we have done. It is information, not an offer. Prices, timelines, metrics and other figures shown on the Site are indicative. Any engagement — website, app, SEO, marketing, maintenance or hosting — is governed solely by the written proposal, statement of work or agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything on the Site.
Our own products
Parchi and Potli are products of Applight. Your use of either app is governed by the terms and privacy policy presented in that app, on its store listing and on its own pages — for example the Potli privacy policy and, for Parchi, parchiapp.com. Descriptions of those apps on this Site are summaries; the in-app terms prevail.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, code and the Applight name and mark belong to Applight or are used with permission. Screenshots and names of client projects belong to the respective clients and are shown with their permission as examples of our work.
You may view the Site, share links to it and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape or sell any part of it, or use our name or marks, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server or any connected system;
- interfere with its operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
- use the contact form to send spam, unlawful content or someone else’s personal data without their permission;
- use automated tools to harvest content or contact details.
Enquiries you send us
Information you send through the contact form, email or WhatsApp is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential material before we have agreed confidentiality terms with you — we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share details of an idea.
Links to other sites
The Site links to client websites, app stores, WhatsApp, maps and social profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the information on it is complete or current, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applight is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, or from reliance on information on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
Indemnity
If you breach these Terms and a third party brings a claim against us as a result, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable losses and costs that claim causes.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
