About us
A technology partner, not a software vendor
Building since 2019, registered as an LLP in 2025, and based in Ludhiana. We are the team that designs it, builds it, launches it and then keeps it running.
Why we exist
Good ideas fail for boring reasons. The site is slow. The app never made it past the store review. Nobody could update the content without raising a ticket. The rankings quietly disappeared after a redesign.
None of those are interesting problems. All of them are fatal ones — and all of them come from the work being split across four suppliers who each did their part and none of whom owned the result.
Empower Ideas with Technology is not a slogan we put on a wall. It is the reason we cover design, build, launch, search and maintenance under one roof: so there is exactly one team accountable for whether your idea actually works in the world.
How we are set up
We work in small teams assigned to one project at a time rather than split thinly across five. You get a named point of contact who is technical enough to answer a question without going away to ask somebody else.
Progress is visible continuously in a working environment, not summarised in a weekly status report. You will see rough screens earlier than most agencies would be comfortable showing you, because that is when your feedback is still cheap to act on.
Engagements are usually fixed-scope for a first phase, then a monthly retainer once the system is live and evolving. Where a problem genuinely is not knowable up front, we will say so rather than pricing a guess.

Four things we do not compromise on
The people who scope it, build it
No handover from a sales team to a delivery team that was never in the room. Whoever gives you the estimate is the one who has to live with it.
You should be able to fire us
Admin portals, documentation and code you own. If you ever want to take the work elsewhere, nothing about how we built it should stop you.
Launch is the middle, not the end
Hosting, patching, monitoring, SEO and steady improvement. We price that honestly at the start rather than discovering it after go-live.

Clients kept asking who would handle hosting, who would fix the search rankings, who would run the social content. So we took all of it on rather than pointing at someone else.

Formally registered as a Limited Liability Partnership — LLPIN ACR-8078 — putting the paperwork behind what had already been running for six years.
